Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. Their program is wonderful. I had a special project last year and it performed as expected. This year project over, subscription wasn't necessary but it automatically renewed. Change 1: Add Corrective to the Title. The first step is to change the title of the deed. Change 2: Make the Correction. The next step is to correct the error in the prior deed. Change 3: Add an Explanation. The final step is to add an explanation for the correction.
These errors can be rectified by the execution of a supplementary document called correction deed or rectification deed. The parties need to get the corrections into a duly executed document.
