I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.
What do you dislike?
The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

I recommend this product.
This program makes it so easy to fill out any PDF. It really helps in our office for everything to appear highly professional.
It is taking me awhile to learn this software, but I think that once I master it that it will be very helpful in our office.

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

For as little as we need a *** editor I could not justify the cost of *****, so this was a good alternative. *** some issues with my pay method after having them for 3 years. Wish I could have just updated my Pay info instead of having to cancel my plan and sign up again. That messed up a discount I had, but kudos to the customer service for being able to straighten it out. *** to do everything through chat because no phone number. Overall decent **************."

Do you have to have a permit to put a shed on your property?
Most sheds and garages require a building permit. According to the Practice Note 2016-32 issued January 2016, the Building Act 1993 does exempt freestanding Class 10a buildings (i.e. shed, carport or garage) from requiring building permits if: it's belonging to a building of another class on the same allotment.

If someone were to build a shed, barn or other structure on his or her property without a building permit, the person could get slapped with a fine for not going through the proper channels. Also, if the shed is too close to a property line, the person may have to take down the shed and start all over again.
