Web based PDF signing tool I use PDFfiller for signing purchase orders or sending proposals for clients to digitally sign. It's great because users can sign documents in their browser without needing to download anything. PDFfiller's editing tools leave much to the imagination. I don't use the editing features as I can accomplish what I need with other programs.

Click the Edit tool. On the Editor toolbar. Click the features you want to merge. The features must be from the same layer. Click the Editor menu and click Merge. Click the feature that the features will be merged into and will supply the attributes for the merged feature. Click OK.
In RCMP, click the Editor drop-down menu on the Editor toolbar, and select Start Editing. In the Table Of Contents, right-click the selected layer or stand-alone table, and select the Open Attribute Table or Open option, depending on the data source. Select Table Options > Add Field.
You can right-click on the polygon layer and choose (in Arc map) join. Then in the “VERY” top pull down choose join based on location. Then choose the point file for the features to join. You can then choose to have all the nearest points joined with a distance or only one point joined.
On the Edit tab, in the Features group, click Modify. Expand Construct and click Merge. Click the Existing Feature tab. Click Select. In the pane, add or remove features from the selection. Configure the attributes fields and field values for the merged feature. Click Merge.

Sometimes, you need to create a feature that has more than one physical part but only references one set of attributes in the database. These are called multi point for point or multipart for line and polygon features. A group of islands could be represented as a multipart polygon feature.
