My first time
This is my first time trying some advanced features of pdffiller and I'm pleasantly surprised at all that I'm able to accomplish. I just created a team and pdffiller is worth the cost. We are so much better than before. Thank you pdffiller!

PDF Filler Beats Adobe Sign For Me
I have used PDF Filler for about three years now and their customer service and platform are wonderful. Previously, I was using Adobe Sign but I found it way too expensive and cumbersome to use. Their customer support team always seems to be available and if any issues arise, they get solved quickly which is very important for me as a business owner. I highly recommend them.

What do you like best?
That I can mark up any pdf or create 1 new document from several. Also digital signatures, I work remotely and need this! Being remote, I need to be able to create or sign a form from anywhere and I can easily with pdf filler. I love the share feature as well, I can work on my end and my co-workers will have it almost instantly without having to print, scan and email. I work remotely, almost all from my laptop with no printer. This allows me to work from my phone or tablet seamlessly as well.
What do you dislike?
Not much, no complaints yet. Maybe the layout? Like where everything is, I click on the documents and then you have to specify where something is. Maybe a more organized folder system? When I share them, they should all be in the share folder, but for some reason, they're not always there. I am a very organized person and like everything in its own folder or file. I'd like a way to save everything to its own file and be able to find them quickly and easily.

This is a great program, especially if you work remotely, highly recommend it!

1099 tax reports, our software only supports e-file and we are so small that we don't have that. I also love the share part, I'm able to work on my end, share it with my co-workers and they can have it almost instantly without printing and scanning, etc. I also love that I can take a few different documents and combine them to one, that is a great feature!

This has everything I need plus more and it's not hard to use. No training involved - thank goodness! Can just jump right in and get going. So far, I'm loving pdfFiller. Thank you developers!

What is the difference between salary continuance and severance?
Salary continuance occurs when an employer terminates the employment relationship, but continues to pay the employee's regular pay and benefits until the end of the notice period without requiring the employee to perform any work. The severance is paid out over time.
What is the difference between severance pay and continuation pay?
However, severance pay is not considered wages earned when calculating unemployment benefits for claimants. Continuation pay is also known as sick leave pay. An individual is ineligible for unemployment benefits for any week in which he/she is receiving salary continuation through date of termination.
Is it better to take a lump sum severance?
You can choose how to pay the severance compensation. A lump sum is the full amount of severance pay given upfront. The large amount might be difficult for your business to pay out at once. But with a lump sum payment, the former employee is more likely to qualify for unemployment compensation in following weeks.
Can severance be paid over time?
Unused vacation time and sometimes sick time are also figured into severance pay. Severance pay may be distributed over time or in one lump sum. It may work in an employee's favor to distribute severance pay in a lump sum, as the employee may be able to collect unemployment compensation after the payment is received.

The law requires employers to provide notice to dismissed employees who are fired without legal cause. Almost invariably, employers provide severance instead. An employee given working notice is required to do just that continue working through the notice period that the employer provides.
