When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! It was helpful, but it only put the payers name on copy A, the other copies had all the information there, except the payers name, address, city,state, zip.......the main header.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need..

Can you join the Army with a sealed record?
Criminal Records Require Moral Waivers To Join It depends on the severity of the crime, the circumstances and if you were charged with a crime and convicted. It's important to note that there is no such thing as a “sealed record,” or an “expunged record” as far as the military is concerned.
Can you join the military with a sealed record?
In addition, even if your record has been expunged, you are still legally required to disclose the expunged offense if you are enlisting in the U.S. Military. The U.S. Military, however, will still have access to your criminal records, even though they were expunged under New Jersey state law.
What will disqualify you from the military?
There are many specific medical conditions that may disqualify you from joining the U.S. Military. These include conditions like depression, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, heart issues, Asperger's, and PTSD. They can provide more specifics regarding the condition, and whether you'll pass your medical exam at MEPs.
Do military arrests show up on background checks?
If you're like most people, you want to know if arrest records show up on a criminal background check especially if you're applying for a job or looking for a place to live. The answer is yes. In many cases, arrest records will show up on your criminal background check.
Do military charges show up on background checks?
Under US Code, the law does not recognize a military conviction as Felony or Misdemeanor. Your record only shows up in the CIC or FBI records. So if you are pulled over nothing will come up, unless the police dig into the CIC computers. Last year a company ran a commercial background check on me and nothing came up.
Will a background check show a pending case?
Yes, pending charges will show up on background checks. The only reason they wouldn't is if a state has a law that only shows certain types of pending charges. Luckily, even if a pending charge does show up, it doesn't mean an applicant isn't a good fit or will be denied a job.
Do CPS cases show up on background checks?
No, a CPS finding is not a criminal conviction. Nor is it available to the public. Even if you are appealing it, a CPS finding will show up on your DSS background check. A CPS finding permanently bars you from any work or volunteer position giving you unsupervised access to children or vulnerable adults.
Can I join the Army with an expunged felony?
Having a felony expunged from your record is a civilian procedure. The government and military still show the felony on your records and so you will not be able to join by getting the felonies expunged from your record.
