A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

What's the difference between official and unofficial transcripts?

Official paper transcripts are sent in a sealed, signature-stamped envelope. An electronic transcript which is printed then re-scanned in an email is considered UNOFFICIAL.

What is considered an unofficial transcript?
