Didn't expect a trial... kind of took me by surprise after I used it to file a larger pdf. I like the software but the tactic is a little... predatory?

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.

A resignation agreement contact is very important in the event you find yourself wanting to leave your job. A resignation agreement contact is very important in the event you find yourself wanting to leave your job. It is a short letter that gives notice to your employer that you will be terminating your employment.
The general rule is that once an employee has resigned, it cannot be reversed unless the employer agrees to it. However, if the employee has had plenty of thinking time, and it is far from a heat of the moment resignation, there is no obligation to accept a retraction.
Although most might think so, the two weeks notice rule doesn't come from a law there are no federal or state laws that require an employee to provide two weeks' notice to his or her employer before quitting but instead, it's more based on professionalism, courtesy and individual company policies.
Check Your Contract. Before you begin planning your exit, review your contract -- if you have one. Talk to the Right Person. The person with whom you deal with on a daily basis may not be the person you need to notify of your decision to quit. Renegotiate Your Contract. Protect Your Reputation. Practice Good Ethics.
Resigning before the end of this period could mean one or all of these; a labor ban, loss of labour rights or even payment of compensation to the employer. An unlimited contract has no such period clause or number of years, and therefore, has no end date.
What Should an Employee Separation Agreement Include? Because the separation agreement is a legally-binding document, it must be enforceable and able to stand up in court.
Although you don't have to sign a severance agreement, your employer may make it a condition of receiving severance pay. However, in most cases, an employer is free to condition severance on the employee signing the agreement. In other words, if the employee refuses to sign, the employee won't get any severance pay.
You could be leaving your current position for professional reasons (better job, career growth, flexible schedule, for example) or for personal reasons (leaving the workforce, family circumstances, going back to school, etc.). Or, you could simply hate your job or your boss, but don't say that.
