I was refunded the automatic annual renewal charge by customer service representative after stating my frustration that I was paying for a service that I no longer needed. I greatly appreciate being treated how I treat customers! Thanks

I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Valid email address format. A valid email address is required to sign up for an matters trial user account. A valid email address consists of an email prefix and an email domain, both in acceptable formats. For example, in the address example@mail.com, “example” is the email prefix, and “mail.com” is the email domain.
Invalid Emails. An invalid email occurs when you attempt to send email to an address that is formatted in a manner that does not meet internet email format standards or the email does not exist at the recipient's mail server. This response can come from our own server or the recipient mail server.
Can email addresses have hyphens, minus signs, and dashes? The short answer is yes, email addresses can include these characters, but with some exceptions. The two biggest factors to consider are hyphen placement and email service provider.
Email service provider (ESP) — based on RFC standards, email addresses can technically have hyphens and other special characters in the local part. However, many ESP's enforce restrictions against them.
Hyphen. Alternatively known as a dash, subtract, negative, or minus sign, the hyphen (—) is a punctuation mark on the underscore key next to the “0” key on US keyboards. Pictured is an example of the hyphen and underscore key on top of the keyboard. Keyboard help and support.
A valid email address consists of an email prefix and an email domain, both in acceptable formats. The domain appears to the right of the @ symbol. For example, in the address example@mail.com, “example” is the email prefix, and “mail.com” is the email domain.
Similar to physical mail, an email message requires an address for both the sender and recipient in order to be sent successfully. Every email address has two main parts: a username and domain name. The username comes first, followed by an at (@) symbol, followed by the domain name.
