I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. I noted this in my comments when rating the app. To my surprise and complete satisfaction the service team provided me a credit. They went over and above in addressing my frustration. Based on this integrity and caring service I will use this program if needed in the future and will certainly recommend it to others.

It's easy to use, eliminating the need to printout, fill in and scan forms. It makes my life easier.

The only issue I had was I had to complete it all in one sitting. Even though I paid for the sertvice it wouldn't let me save it. I started the document 3 times and lost all previous info the first two times.

Pros:

Cons:
-Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate
-Limits merging to 5 PDFs
-Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs)
-Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow
I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.

PDF filler works better than the pdf…
PDF filler works better than the pdf editor app that is installed on my computer with Microsoft and Windows 11. I haven't tried all the features available yet, but so far I like the program.

Everything good so far
This company provides several very useful products/services, including being able to create a fillable document, convert from one format to another, and the legal forms. The subscription also seems reasonable. I'm still learning how to use the application but everything looks good so far.
