Review of PDFfiller I like this software. It makes the process of editing and filling out pdf files faster, especially when it comes to long documents. It's definitely worth trying. My only con is that sometimes the program freezes and I need to restart it.

Open the table for which you want to validate records. On the Fields tab, in the Field Validation group, click Validation, and then click Record Validation Rule. Use the Expression Builder to create the rule.
A format check is a validation check which ensures that entered data is in a particular format or pattern. The format that data must be in is specified using an input mask. The input mask is made up of special characters which indicate what characters may be typed where.
A data-validation rule is a rule concerning what kind of data can be entered in a cell. When you select a cell that has been given a rule, an input message tells you what to enter, as shown here. And if you enter the data incorrectly, an error alert tells you as much, also shown.
