Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Great for clarity
The ease of using it and the clarity of documents being in the typed form as opposed to me having to handwrite them.
This product is very easy to use. It is very useful for clarity of documents when it comes to being legible.

Mobile and Remote Offices will LOVE this program
Love that I can send / receive faxes, sign documents, and accept payments ... It's a well put together process. Easy downloads and uploads, right at the tips of your fingers. Notifies you of faxes when received and easily downloadable to your device. Absolutely a 5 start program!

Solid, provides the service you need
Easy to use. Mostly used for inserting signatures.
Sometimes the signature block format gets distorted (inserts as a code).

Customer service is not so good
Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.
