The search option brought up the forms I needed. In on instance multiple versions were on different sites. I was able to bring in to the appropriate version by typing in the URL, I found that to be a real time saver.

What do you like best?
I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.

I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

Easy to use
Easy to use. I wish I came across this solution first because with it I was able to do in 10 minutes what I couldn't do in hours with the other editors I tried, not counting all the time trying to find them.

it has all the right features you needed to fill in a documentation. I appreciate how accessible and basic yet informative and detailing on the features. I highly recommend using pdfFiller and it is my go to software on my daily documentation tasks

Trustworthy
I urgently needed something to edit pdf and nothing else was working on library pc. I gave it a try, doesn't have all features I needed so I aksed for cancelling subscription which was DONE INSTANTLY! Very good support. Thank you, good luck for your bussines.

Great app for editing pdf documents and for getting business done and important documents filled and completed. I am very happy with this

What do you like best?
I like that you can edit files, sign without sending through electronic envelopes and you can fax and email documents.
What do you dislike?
You cannot upload separate files and merge them into 1 pdf file within the program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using this app for your document prep and signing. It is a one stop shop to get your pdf files edited and signed.

The benefit is the faxing capability and being able to do it from my phone.

I love the product and help via chat has been great...
I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

How do I choose a good title company?

Can I choose my own title insurance company?
The title company that you choose can greatly influence the closing process. It can determine whether a property sale/purchase will be successful or not. If you are asking yourself whether you can use the seller's title company, the answer is YES.
Should I choose my own title insurer?
It should. Consumers have the legal right to choose their own title company but rarely exercise that option. Do your due diligence and research the title company that is recommended to you. It's a good idea to ask friends and family for a referral to one they have used and were satisfied with.
Can you shop for title insurance?
Consider whether you want to purchase owner's title insurance. Most lenders require you to buy a lender's title insurance policy, which protects the amount they lend. You may want to buy an owner's title insurance policy, which protects your financial investment in the home.
