Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Great product...relatively easy to use
Great product...relatively easy to use, especially if one is familiar with this type of document editing app. I am please with how much of a time-saver it is. I couldn't give 5-stars because the cost of the "Full Version" is really too expensive for me, but other than that, it's a very handy tool.

The save feature to my computer can be a little friendlier. It can take several try to find the forms after I save them

Really intuitive and easy to use interface. I'm not the best with computers but I was able to workout what I needed to do fairly easily just by playing around with the site.

The NC OTP was a perfect match and was all that we needed to get the buyer and seller on the same page. Although it wasn't used by the attorneys it could have easily been used since it was identical to the one they used.

How do I find out what year my house was built?
If you think your house was built before 1862, you can search for it on the Government's online archives of the 1862 Land Register here. Local councils also have lots of archive material on how the area came to be how it is today, and you can search for the relevant council here.

How do you find out how old a building is?
Check the meter reader. Check the inside of the toilet. In log homes, it may be possible to tell the building's age by analyzing the tree rings in a piece of timber removed from the building.
How do I find out who built my home?
Take a trip to your county recorder's office. Conduct a sticker search. Head to the library. Check out your state's historical society, museums, or history center. Call your real estate agent. Talk to your neighbors. Meet previous owners.
Who owned my house before me?
To find your home's previous owners or purchase history, you'll have to search your county tax assessor's office, county recorder, or your city hall. At times, we may search them all, Chantey says.
What year was a home built?
Every census taken between 1841 and 1911 is available to view online. Hopefully, they should reveal when your home first appeared on the census, giving you a rough idea of when it was built. It's not always easy to determine exactly how old a property is, but do enough research, and you should be able to narrow it down.
