I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. This was a great site to get my office free from all papers. When we need a document we just upload it out of our computer or one of our drives and fill the form. It is literally that easy and I am loving it.

It's very easy to use. Also the customer service is exceptional. Very responsive to My questions. When I decided I didn't need it anymore, they processed my cancellation quickly and easily.

What do you like best?
How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in.
What do you dislike?
Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible.

I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.

Such a great company
Such a great company. I will use PDFfiller in the future. My company overlooked our Subscription yearly fee which was our fault. I contacted PDFfiller support, Ryan, and explained our oversight. Without questioning he offered to refund our yearly Subscription, which he did, knowing we made a mistake. We received a confirmation refund email 2 minutes after Ryan connected with me. I will always do business with companies of integrity like PDFfiller. Well done
