All good. I do not like the stamp Verified By PDF filler that is attached. I wish you could email the complete forms from your own email address as well.

Great application. Only slight problem with address box, press the <enter> ket 3 or 4 times after filling sender address to keep it from printing over instructions in box immediately beneath.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
In most instances, a complete brake job will include the following: New linings front and rear. Resurfacing both rotors and drums (or replacing them if worn, cracked or hard spots are found). Replacing drum hardware and caliper bushings/pins/sleeves.
In most instances, a complete brake job will include the following: New linings front and rear. Resurfacing both rotors and drums (or replacing them if worn, cracked or hard spots are found). Replacing drum hardware and caliper bushings/pins/sleeves.
A complete brake repair one that includes pad, rotor and caliper replacement typically averages between $300 and $800. However, depending on the make and model of your vehicle, you can easily spend more than $1,000 on a complete brake job.
As you can see there is a lot to be done on a proper brake job. Depending on the condition of the brake system when you first start. On average, it takes about 1 1/2 – 2 hours to complete(including resurfacing the rotors) on a common disk brake type vehicle.
The average cost for a brake rotor replacement is between $406 and $559. Labor costs are estimated between $158 and $200 while parts are priced between $248 and $359. Estimate does not include taxes and fees.
A complete brake repair job for one wheel including pad replacement, new calipers, rotors and labor can cost anywhere from $300 to $800 depending on the factors discussed in the next section. If all top-of-the-line parts need to be replaced, this can easily inflate to $1000+. The average price is right around $450.
That said, for brake pad replacement only, you can expect to pay between $35 and $150 for parts for all four wheels. Labor typically runs between $80 and $120 per axel, making for a grand total of between $115 and $270 per axel. Replacing rotors with your brake pads is critical for best braking and maximum safety.
Back to how much a brake job should cost But typically, OEM or premium quality brake pads or shoes cost around $40 to $100 per axle (both front wheel or both rear wheels), depending on the year, make and model and whether they're for front or rear wheels. The average brake job takes about an hour to perform.
A typical brake pad job on a regular commuter/non-performance car costs around $50-$80 for all four sets of pads, and about $150-$200 for a set of pads and rotors, front and rear. Labor an independent shop should be around 1-2 billable hours, so by doing it yourself, you're saving around $180.
There's no need to replace rotors each time. If there are some defects that can be removed and the rotors are thick enough — consider resurfacing the rotors, that might be cheaper. All-in-all, given that the only downside is faster pads wear I would not bother as pads are generally quite cheap.
