Just what I was looking for. Liked the smart software that figured out what fill-ins of IRS forms were in teh wrong spatial location in a box and which ones needed to be copied to later pages.

I am retired and use it mostly for medical forms. A little difficult to learn how to begin but once I figured it out everything worked just the way I wanted and I learned more as I went along.

What do you like best?
Ease of use, variety of tools, and it has everything I need for my line of work which is Real Estate.
What do you dislike?
Font choice is a little limited unless I don't know how to find them... Other than that, I've used PDF Filler for about three years now and it is almost a necessity with my job.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've used it numerous times in Real Estate transactions to finalize contracts, revise items, and change information, etc. It makes my job much easier, neater, and smoother.

I used to be able to upload a signature from an iPhone photo, and it could be placed on a document in a way that it look like it was written there, and not a pasted photo. I liked this and cannot seem to do this anymore.

It's amazing how many forms still need to be filled out by hand in this age of tech and no typewriters. Printing documents, hand writing, then rescanning to a recipient is messy, time consuming and wastes ink and paper. Besides, make a mistake, and you need to start over with a new form. And don't get me started with "white out." PDFiller streamlines all this and results in a very neat, professional looking document. I do lots of contracts, and don't always get red-line drafts to work with. I can use PDFiller do do red-lining (word-processing changes to early drafts) and send them right back to the counter-parts. Then with the final draft the PDFiller signature feature allows me to initial or sign, and send - again without printing/rescanning. Since for many transactions e-transmitted signatures, as opposed to "wet" signatures, has become standard and legally acceptable the process is now a breeze. And if I still have to go back for further revisions the prior versions are all saved in PDFiller.

Excellent cloud based software that I am able to use on any computer!
Easily able to share between documents that are signed between multiple people.
I love that I am able to use the software on any computer or phone with ease along with signing PDF documents!
I would like if I could create boxes easier that were adjustable fields rather than just having a single section.

How do you stamp a lease agreement?
You can stamp a tenancy agreement via the Internet, by post or in person at the Stamp Office of the Inland Revenue Department. Both the landlord and tenant are liable to pay stamp duty. Subject to individual arrangement, the stamp duty payment is usually shared between the landlord and the tenant.
How do you stamp a tenancy agreement?
Stamping of the Tenancy Document A tenancy agreement must be stamped within 30 days of execution. You can stamp a tenancy agreement via the Internet, by post or in person at the Stamp Office of the Inland Revenue Department. Both the landlord and tenant are liable to pay stamp duty.
Where can I stamp my tenancy agreement in KL?
Normally, there are two copies of tenancy agreement (one copy for landlord and another one for tenant) and both of the copies have to be stamped in order to make it legal. You can get it done at Malaysia Inland Revenue Authority, also known as Lambada Hail Daley Never Malaysia, LH DN Malaysia.
Where do you pay stamp duty on a tenancy agreement in Singapore?
The Stamp Duty is paid to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). The Tenancy Agreement will only have legal binding power once the Stamp Duty has been paid and all the relevant stamps and seals are in place. The Stamp Duty on rental units also applies to extension of lease, or renewal of Tenancy Agreement.
How much is stamping for a tenancy agreement in Malaysia?
Basically, the Stamp Duty for Tenancy Agreements spanning one-year amounts to RM1 for every RM250 of the annual rent in excess of RM2,400. For two-year contracts, the stamp duty rate is RM2 for every RM250 of the annual rent in excess of RM2,400.

How is stamp duty calculated on a tenancy agreement?
The formula to calculate stamp duty on rental agreement is 0.25% x D, where D is (Monthly rental x No of months) + (Advance rent for the period/non-refundable deposit)+ (10% x Refundable deposit x No of years of the agreement).
