I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. My overall experience with this app has been excellent!
So far it has been awesome! Easy to use, many options, and easy to work layout. This app does everything it promises.
I can not think of any drawbacks to this app I have not had any complications or complaints so far and I have been using for a while and quite often.

I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.
