You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Can a contractor claim an extension of time after practical completion?
There is no express bar in the contract on claiming an extension of time after practical completion, and it is difficult to find any implicit bar. Clause 2.8 of the contract permits the Employer to claim liquidated damages (LD's) at any time until the final certificate is issued.

Compensate Delays are delays that are unforeseeable and beyond the contractor's control, but for which the contractor is entitled to not only a time extension but also additional compensation. Normally a Compensate Delay is caused by the government.

Examples of these causes are (1) acts of God or of the public enemy, (2) acts of the Government in either its sovereign or contractual capacity, (3) fires, (4) floods, (5) epidemics, (6) quarantine restrictions, (7) strikes, (8) freight embargoes, and (9) unusually severe weather.
How do I request an extension for construction?
The Process to Request a Time Extension A formal letter is addressed to the contract administrator requesting the time extension and the reasons why those days should be added to the construction schedule. The contract administrator then remits the letter to the project manager for evaluation and approval or rejection.
