An Alternative To Adobe Run a small business without additional Adobe and DocuSign subscriptions.... It is a great value and it surprises me with new features on a quarterly basis. When I need new functionality I search for it and am no longer surprised when it is there! I wish it would break down .PDF text into MS Word documents.

What do you like best? The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown. What do you dislike? Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone. Recommendations to others considering the product: Read through the documentation on how to use it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

Amazing customer service, very fast response time I was on trial with pdfFiller and it was really amazing. The best PDF filling software I've ever found. I even used the trial, forgot when it ended and then got charged. BUT I managed to get a refund after explaining my situation. These people are awesome. I definitely will be back when I have enough money.

What do you like best? Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction. What do you dislike? Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The need to create customized forms for each client. Saves time during client communication to easily share a link via email, client portal or text message. Streamlines our processes and increases efficiency for team with access to completed documents. What do you like best? Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc. What do you dislike? The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

What do you like best? The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information. What do you dislike? I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!
