For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

Enter the date. Date the top of your fax cover letter so the recipient knows when it was sent. Enter the recipient's contact information. Create a new paragraph underneath the date to address your fax cover letter. Enter the sender's contact information. Enter a subject line. Enter the body of the letter. Close the letter.
Write the company name followed by a colon. Then you can write down the name of the company where you are sending the fax. Write To followed by a colon a couple of lines down. Fill the name with the person who is going to receive the fax.
Write in your name, company name if applicable, fax number and phone number in the right-hand column. Include the number of pages, including the cover sheet, you are sending. Write in the date on which you are sending the fax.
The sender dials the recipient's fax number. The fax machine translates and transmits the data. The service receives the data, translates it into an image file and sends it to the recipient's e-mail address. The recipient opens the email message and the attachment and views the file.
Write Number of pages of the fax including the fax cover sheet, followed by a colon. Count the number of pages that you are faxing and add one for the fax cover sheet. Enter this number on this line. This helps the recipient make sure that a page is not missing.
The first thing to look for is a small icon next to the paper feeder on the fax machine. The icon should be a picture of a piece of paper with the top corner folded. If the icon has lines of text on the front of it then you should send a fax with the paper face up.
Cover Letter and Clearly Printed Document To make your fax look professional, put a cover letter on the front of it. If your document is handwritten or heavily embellished, it will not copy well.
