It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

Ease of use! Very intuitive program that does NOT require a lot of training to use.

I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.

I use PDFfiller for city and county land-use applications. Having the ability to complete these varying forms simply, and have them stored for future use is invaluable!

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.
Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing
Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

Easy to work with and fast responding time. I did not use it as much as I thought, and thought I had canceled it but apparently did not. They helped and refunded the money without question in a very quick time.

It could be a little better if you put hints on tools that explained how to set and adjust them, but only if the person hovers over the tool without clicking it.

Super impressed by the level of support from these guys. They were on my problem within minutes and when it turned out I had the wrong level of subscription (I needed a lesser one) it was changed and updated straight-away - no questions asked. Really happy.

the feature of editing pdf file and the digital signature generation and its use plus the option for downloading the edited file has been of great help for me.
