My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. Too easy to get into FONT setup and not get out and return to font specified in document. I only wanted to get the lowest priced version, not discontinue.

Excellent for contracts and any paperwork.
PDFfiller is super easy to use and takes the headache out of mundane paperwork filling. Kudos!

I was a bit unsure about whether non alphabet/numbers should be added. I was also unable to add my initial after my surname (just typing it) as the filler kept on opening the initial (as in signature) block.

This product is very easy to use and I am impressed with the various toll available to make the changes to the PDF files.The service and backup provided by the support team is excellent. I cannot fault their response times (within 20 minutes of my email) and they were attentive to my concerns and resolved the invoice issues immediately. Totally would recommend this to anyone.
