I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. I really like the ease in using this program. I have tried other PDF software but find them all very awkward to use. I am just not sure about the pricing. I assume I signed up for 12 months? This is a great program and I don't have to hand print documents when most documents are PDF anyway.

I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

What do you like best?
We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

Excellent features
This allowed me to add to my PDFs that I couldn't before.
This product saves time. I was trying to find something that lets me add a text box or even text to my pdf files. This product does this! Very cool!
I can't think of anything. It does what I needed it to do. Excellent and easy to use for my documents.

For the price, I expected a lean version of other e-sign applications. But this has every feature I could possibly need so I'm very impressed.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

Love this app very easy to use
Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.
