I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

Excellent product but my learning curve is quite steep. I am not familiar with a lot of things younger users are familiar with. Leads to a lot of fumbling around, but the on-line service chats were very helpful.

Definitely works. Not sure if there is a way to make figures line up just a little better or have calculated fields, but definitely better than just using adobe acrobat

Typically images will be supplied as JPEGs, and an A4 (210mm x 297mm or 8¼” x 11¾”) image at 72 ppi will create a JPEG of approximately 500kb or half a megabyte. Remember though – to use that image in print we need the image to be 300 ppi, and at that resolution the JPEG will be around 3.5 Megabytes.
Remove unnecessary images, formatting and macros. Save the file as a recent Word version. Reduce the file size of the images before they are added to the document. If it is still too large, save the file as a PDF.
