I like the online webpage. However, I have trouble using the app. It doesn't have my saved signatures and it won't link to my OneDrive (Office 365) properly.
I loved it but need to know more about how to use it I dont know how to blank out the form once I have filled it out, saved it, and put it in the folder. I want to use it again but it has the old information on it help email me my phone is broken and i will not have it back until tomorrow

Easy to Use PDF Filler
It's very easy to upload documents and complete the forms. We use it for all of our documents.
I sometimes have trouble with my signature loading. My printed signature always loads but my written one does not always load. I'm not sure what causes the signature failure but it is sometimes a problem.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. This was my first test
This was my first test, it seemed to go very well, I've tried a few of these programs and to be honest, this one works the best. I will have to explore it a little further to see if it does what I need todo. Actually so far it's the best I've tried. Actually I think that it offers more than I really need, but if it fits and completes everything I plan on doing that to me would be 100%.
I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form.
