I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

What do you like best?
I like the choice of fonts because one can add changes or complete empty fields to a pdf and by using a different font from the original text it is clear that the additions are different from the original.. Also I like that one can add circles, check marks, "X" to a doc. And can erase portions of text.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that you have to pay extra to add or subtract pages from a pdf.

My hand writing is very poor. So I use PDFiller to compensate for this deficiency..

Setup → Create → Workflow and Approval → Approval Process. Select object for the approval process to be written. Click on Create New Approval Process. Select Standard Setup Wizard from drop-down. Enter the Process name, Unique Name and description for your process.
Hi Sudhir, If you want that your approval process will be automatically called only when your record is created than you must use only insert action in your trigger. Remember that this trigger will only fire when a record is created. It will not fire on update.
