The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. Really wanted to make this work for me but I’m afraid it was beyond me.However the trial period which I thought I had cancelled hadn’t gone through then resulted in me receiving a large bill.I panicked thinking they would insist it was to be paid.So I got In touch with them and explained my error.They immediately wrote back and without question refunded my money.It says a lot for a company who responds in this way.I am eternally grateful to them

Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.
