Choose Label options, select your label vendor and product number, and then click OK. Click Next: Select recipients.

A mail merge involves merging a main document with a data source. When you perform the mail merge, Word replaces merge fields in the main document with information from the data source. Each row (or record) in the data source produces an individual label. Create an address book spreadsheet in Excel.
Open on the “Mailings” tab in the menu bar. Click “Start Mail Merge.” Select “Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard.” Click “Change document layout” then “Label options.” Choose “OnlineLabels.com” from the second dropdown list and find your label product number in the list. Click “OK.”
Open Microsoft Word. Select “Labels” under Document Type and click “Next.” Click “Next” to select your data. Click “Insert Merge Field” in the “Write & Insert Fields” group on the Mailings tab. Click “Next” to preview the name tags.
After you add a merge field, like Address Block, to the first label in a sheet of labels, be sure to select Update Labels, on the Mailings tab. When you do, everything in the top, left label will be repeated on all the labels in the sheet.
