Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

I like the ease of use of this software. I can use existing forms or can in form that aren't in the database.
It is a little pricey for something I only use periodically.

Excellent, easy to use and saves a lot of time
It has saved me time mainly and a lot of hassles in getting physical signatures.
I have signed and shared documents within minutes rather than signing/scanning or mailing.
If you want to save time and get your documents signed ASAP, PDFfiller is a must have software. You can use it anywhere as long as you're online and you can edit it too without any hassles. It's very affordable.

The frequently used function buttons are placed on a easy-to-find position. The interface is neat and clear which is user-friendly. It is easy and simple to use.

THIS THING IS A DREAM (although I did have some kind of issue opening up a file.) I used the MERGE function and it merged some files I didn't need. That was weird. So I'm editing one page at a time instead. That seems to be working.

What do you like best?
With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease

I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform

With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

I somehow allowed my subscription to renew, when I actually do not need this service. A quick contact with customer service handled the problem for me and I got a full refund. I was aided by a representative named ***. No hassle!
