It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

Monthly expenses/costs can become a concern for small business budget. It will be greatly appreciated if these costs were waived for organizations providing resources to support consumers. We work with a United Stated Private Attorney General supporting consumer claims.

What do you like best?
I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.
What do you dislike?
The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.

I would consider what you need it for and the price. It serves a good use for pdf editing and file management.

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
