Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Good for business Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage. Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. This product is fantastic! It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look. It is an easier way to share templates with others on the team. The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done. The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

Fill in the Blank Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate. For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE! Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.

Sometimes a bit complicated but no other company has my attention yet This software can edit, find, fax, email, and fix documents. fax is strong, and blacking out and deleting items is nice. Sometimes you can see where old edits have been made and they print bad.
