PDFfiller for the win!! Of course, I've enjoyed avoiding filling out forms by hand and being able to create & save legible documents I can duplicate and email. But tonight, PDFfiller LiveChat surprised me! They helped solve a document problem for my daughter's online university application. The application program wouldn't let her upload her SAT scores, or continue her application until they were loaded! The website kept saying the 2-page file was too big!? So I loaded it onto PDFfiller, and got a helpful LiveChat rep, who quickly compressed the file for me. Voila, it worked!! PDFfiller, you just saved the day!

Thank you for your services! I’ve been working on a very important document to correct my military records, for seven years I’ve been working towards correcting an Ilegal discharge from active duty from the Army. In February I received news that changed my while direction so I started over from scratch. My draft is now complete and now I have all the evidence and events storyboard complete. There was a very important PDF from 2012 that is no longer available on the .gov website so I resorted to Google and found it on your site. Does everyone on the deed need to be on the mortgage?
Yes, someone can be on the title and not the mortgage. The two terms “deed” and “title” are often used synonymously. A person whose name is on a house deed has the title to that particular house.
Is a deed and mortgage the same thing?
To put simply, the deed is the legal document that proves who holds title to a property, while a mortgage is an agreement between a financial lender and borrower to repay the amount borrowed to purchase a home.
Is it more important to be on the deed or mortgage?
Regarding property ownership, two essential documents are the deed and mortgage. Out of these two, the deed is undoubtedly the most important one. It acts as concrete evidence of your rightful ownership of the property.
How do I witness a mortgage deed?
The witness must be an independent person such as a friend, neighbour or work colleague. They cannot be a relative, nor be another party to the deed. The witness must also sign the deed and enter their full name and address.
Can brothers' girlfriend witness a mortgage deed?
Your witness must be over the age of 18 and they must not be a relative/family member.
What does it mean to be on the deed but not the mortgage?
If your name is on the deed but not the mortgage, it means that you are an owner of the home, but are not liable for the mortgage loan and the resulting payments. If you default on the payments, however, the lender can still foreclose on the home, despite that only one spouse is listed on the mortgage.
Can the same person witness both signatures?
The same witness may witness each individual signature.
Where can I get a witness signature?
Go to your bank and ask if they will allow employees to sign. Check the phone book for Notary services and ask if they will witness and if there is someone there that can act as the second witness.
