Easy and free!
Have used it a couple of times to edit some PDFs. Really simple
I don't know if its just me but seems like the page gets pretty unresponsive at times

It is great to use for signing documents on the road with my phone, but i am concerned that the confirmation stamp is not widely accepted as a form of a signature.

It's a bit soon to rate pdfFiller
It's a bit soon to rate pdfFiller, because I've only had a little bit of time to get familiar with it, and I've never had experience with anything else that has allowed me to edit a pdf file as this s/w has enabled me to.

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.

How do you cancel an EIN with the IRS?
You cannot cancel your EIN, however, you can close your account with the IRS. You'll need to send a letter to the IRS office and explain the reason you want to close your tax account. You'll need to include important details about your business, such as the corporation name, structure, address and EIN.
Can I change my EIN information?
Generally, businesses need a new EIN when their ownership or structure has changed. Although changing the name of your business does not require you to obtain a new EIN, you may wish to visit the Business Name Change page to find out what actions are required if you change the name of your business.
Do I need to cancel my EIN number?
The IRS cannot cancel your EIN. Regardless of whether the EIN is ever used to file Federal tax returns, the EIN is never reused or reassigned to another business entity. The EIN will still belong to the business entity and can be used at a later date, should the need arise.

How do I dissolve an LLC with the IRS?
