This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done. Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software. No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.

Model the Behavior You Wish to See If you want your parents to stop a certain behavior, such as yelling at you, you must stop first. It takes a lot of self-control and practice, but whenever I catch myself getting frustrated with my parents, I try to take a few steps back and breath before I proceed.
Accept your feelings without judgment. Sit with your emotions without reacting to them. Don't tell yourself how you should feel. Accept how you do feel at the moment because you always have a right to feel. Comfort yourself the way a concerned and compassionate parent would.
The root cause of most approval-seeking behavior is low self-esteem. This sense of inferiority arises from many factors. Some relate to your natural personality, while others stem from external influences such as your upbringing, cultural experience, education, and work life.
Become Aware Of Your Actions. Develop A Greater Sense Of Self-Worth. Learn To Accept Yourself For Who You Are. Check The Accuracy Of Your Beliefs. Practice Self-Love. Try To Understand Why You're Seeking Approval. Journal Your Thoughts. Trust Yourself.
Because they have constant self doubts about their acceptance. Be it appearance, intelligence or social acceptance — some people continuously validate themselves against others. Ultimately, it all leads to self-doubt and understanding of one's ability.
