It is great! I would like instructions on how to save a blank form if you don't mind. I keep opening up the old form, then I have to delete data and replace it. Thank you!

The outputs of the system are great ... just your opening page is a bit confusing. I just wanted to look convert a document but couldn't see conversion icons - finally worked out that I have to use Add New button - remember people are coming to your website from other portals they have used before - and like me they look for a document conversion tool!

Eye contact is an important nonverbal social cue because it projects confidence, self-esteem and assertiveness. According to a study from the Idea Research Institute, eye contact shows a person's social hierarchy and dominance in a conversation.
When you look a person in the eye, you communicate confidence and belief in your point of view. One of the most powerful means of communicating confidence and conviction is sustained, focused eye contact. Sustained, focused eye contact makes you feel more confident and act more assertively.
Avoiding eye contact is an attempt to hide something like social awkwardness, interest, or attraction (maybe they like you). Often people avoid eye contact or exaggerate eye contact when lying. They are afraid of being exposed. What does it mean when someone doesn't make eye contact with you, and what does it hide?
You probably already have one eye (the left or the right) that you tend to focus on, but it's good to switch your gaze from one eye to the other during a conversation (it looks more natural and show more attention and interest).
