I was a little confused but looks like it will be great once I have the time to sit down and go through a tutorial and then set up my "forms"

A good product A good product. You'll have to sign up for the service if you want to save your doc, but they have a free thirty day trial, so it's not so bad. Allows you to edit documents in a relatively user-friendly and intuitive way. No real complaints, but it also didn't blow my socks off or anything, so 4/5.

Practice. The key to doing anything well is doing it often and speech is no exception. Don't articulate a statement as a question. Slow down. Use your hands. Throw away caveats and filler phrases. Stay hydrated. Express gratitude. Insert smiles into your speech.

1 Many people may not like talking on the phone, or may even have a “phone fear.” But a fear of talking on the phone may actually be considered a phone phobia when your hesitance to make and receive calls causes you to experience symptoms such as severe anxiety, shortness of breath, or a racing heart.
Do some tactical breathing to calm your nerves. Create a script of what you want to say. Rehearse. Call someone you're comfortable speaking to on the phone first. Walk around and make gestures. Smile. Look in the mirror as you talk. Practice.
Practice Making Your Point. Know the points you want to make and practice them out loud before the call. Anticipate Questions. In addition to thinking about what you want to say, try to anticipate the questions you might be asked. Close Your Eyes. Stand Up. Bring On The Drama.
Prepare an Agenda Beforehand. Don't get surprised by your conference call! Cut the Chit Chat. Things are different when you're addressing a group of people over the phone. Rehearse, Record, and Review. Take a Deep Breath and Relax.
Make an Agenda and Stick to It As is the case with every meeting, good preparation is key to having good conference calls. Make sure you have a good agenda set ahead of the call. In the agenda, lay out the objective of the call, and set a timeline for each topic that needs to be discussed.
Adopt a Positive Tone Projecting an enthusiastic, natural, and attentive tone while on the phone can help a customer feel comfortable during a conversation. When you answer the phone, smile as you greet the person on the other line. Although it may be a bit of a cliché, a smile can truly be heard through the telephone.
