I had a little trouble finding the right form for the Post Office EDDM program. First, I got an outdated form which was corrected at the post office. When I complained to customer support, they were very helpful and I was able to access the up-to-date form.

Close your eyes. If you're feeling nervous, take a few seconds to relax. Don't say cheese Relax your face and jaw muscles. Think about something that makes you happy. Get goofy. Imagine someone you like behind the lens. Ask the photographer to tell a joke.
When a photo is being taken, give it your full attention to avoid those awkward mouth-open, crazy-eye shots. Don't look away from the camera. Don't take this moment to talk to or respond to someone talking to you. Try not to blink.

Either don't initiate any hugs or handshakes, or initiate all of them. Always keep your phone on you. Be early. Ask questions. If you can't recognize the temperature, avoid playing the role of weatherman. Worry less about others' opinions. Be extraordinarily friendly. Don't try to ease the awkward silences.
