I can remove text with the delete button rather than having the use the eraser tool

If I delete all of the characters from a text box, I have to put a space for it to stick; I can't add or drag in other pdfs to merge them. I have to merge them using a separate tool.

Try Them Out
Give the trial period a go, you’ll be fully exposed to the functionality of the site. Customer support is communicative and relatively fast. The site wasn’t a fit for my personal needs, but the things that it did do, it does well. Reasonably priced also if you find yourself constantly editing PDFs.

What do you like best?
We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms.
What do you dislike?
Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. PDFfiller works great, but do not understand why a person is forced to use this program to fill out forms for the DMV and DNR. I should beable to download a form, fill out and mail.

How do I save a PDF as read-only?
