Not a bad program to work on pdf documents and comes with an online storage box. It does require a monthly subscription fee for the service, but may be more affordable for some if you don't already have the more expensive Adobe Acrobat or other program.

Makes My Job Easy I use PDFfiller to create contracts and purchase orders. For contracts, I typically input data into Excel, and then use PDFfiller to create the finished contract from my Excel data. For purchase orders, I use PDFfiller to edit document information, highlight items, and sign the document. This saves me the hassle of having to print out documents, edit them by hand, and then scan/fax them. Very happy with PDFfiller, as it most certainly makes my job easier. PDFfiller has all the features that I need for my documents: adding a logo, highlighting, and drawing. I also think that it's great how you can seamlessly use Excel data to fill out forms automatically. This is especially helpful when creating contracts. The price is a little steep for what I see as somewhat of a basic software concept; however, it's worth it in my opinion. There is also a decent learning curve, but once you get the hang of all features, you can automate things and fill out your PDFs very quickly.

Must have app! The app helps me daily on my needed pdf files. The feature I love most about PdfFiller is the ability to open any pdf. I love all features of this app and couldn't add anything.

What do you like best? It is very easy to use and user friendly. It is also easy to add fields and fill them in. When I am creating a document, I can also easily share them with each of our employee accounts. I also like how I am able to remove an employees account from having access to the documents with a click of a button. What do you dislike? I wish our technicians were able to use the app without internet service. In some cases, we do not have access to service, and we are unable to fill out our paperwork. It would also be nice to be able to add more than 4 other people to the account without having to get a corporate account. Recommendations to others considering the product: It has all you could ever need all in one place. We have used the SignNow and faxing features, in addition to the typical use for pdfFiller. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to keep all of our paperwork in one place, and the technicians are able to access it on their phones. This has made it easier to make sure all technicians are getting the correct paperwork for every job, and with the different accounts, we are able to hold the technicians accountable.

Easy to use and looks very professional It solves my simple requirements without spending on the expenses of a Designer. I love how it shows you step-by-step instructions on how to edit forms. It is a great tool for anyone to use. No matter what type of company, school or type of work you do, you will find everything in this software. In addition, files are at your fingertips at any time with PDFfiller. I don't have to complain about PDFfiller, because it is surprisingly this software, well worth the investment.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

Select New (+). Under Customers, select Receive Payment. Select the Customer's name. Add the Payment date. Under Outstanding Transactions, select the Invoice you need to mark as paid. Under Credits, select the Deposit entry, then select Save and Close.

From the Customers menu, select Customer Center. Choose the customer you are transferring the credit from, then go to the Transactions tab. From the transactions list, double-click the credit memo. Select Use credit to apply to invoice. Put a check mark on the journal entry then select Done. Choose Save & Close.
