I liked the access to all the forms. It was great. And as I tried to do ever more complicated things with the forms (strikethroughs, initialing the corrections in random places, etc.) I learned more and more about the tools the platform has. It has just about everything you could imagine.

After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

IM IN THE WORST PREDICAMENT AND CANT AFFORD LEGAL HELP. THE ONLY CALMING FACTOR IS FINDING WHAT I NEED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY EVEN HARD TO FIND BRIEFS AND CASES OF SIMILAR NATURE. ALSO IVE LEARNED QUITE OF FEW THINGS WHILE SEARCHING THAT CAUGHT MY EYE, A PLETHERA OF KNOWLEDGE. If I had the option to put 100 stars, I would. This product is fantastic. There are small issues with reformatting, but I think the user can get over that.
