I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I us I nearly every day. It saves time and hassle,and it makes PDFS easy to customize. I love it!
I go this software to fill out forms, but it does SO much more than that! I can take educational PDFS, and change items to apply to my young students. Even the younger teachers in my group will send me a PDF, and ask me to "Do your magic" on it. My "magic" is PDF filler!
Wow....there isn't much I would change. It really works so very well. I might want to see a few more fonts available.

The software could use some updating. It is not the easiest to edit the document. The app also kept crashing on me and I had to start all over again. It was very frustrating.

Signature function. Helps to send documents securely

Having to download documents to my computer instead of being able to directly email to myself without a code
