The forms are very easy to fill out. I was unable to comments in a few places where I ran out of room for heirs and needed to include a comment to refer to an additional page.

What do you like best?
I can send as many documents out for signature as I want. No restrictions. I used to use Adobe, but they had a cap on the amount of documents you can send for signature. When I tried to get that upgraded, they had outlandish prices for this same service. With PDFfiller, I can send all the documents I want and I'm also able to save all of them securely.
What do you dislike?
I wish the PDF conversions didn't come out like pictures. When I convert a PDF to Word, it always comes into Word as a picture instead of being able to edit the document. As a recruiter, I receive a lot of resumes that need some work before we can submit them to clients. I still have to use Adobe for this function, so now I'm paying for two PDF programs. I can't just stay with Adobe though because of the above mentioned issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need eSignatures, this is the program to go with.

Remote onboarding is a breeze with PDFfiller. I am able to send HR documents to people across the country and still get them to work on time. I'm in VA and have to get employees to work in all states across the country, as well as oversees. We have to get documents to them for signature and faxing doesn't always work. With PDFfiller, we can send anyone any document and get it back fully signed by them. It's truly wonderful.

Awesome program. I love it!After using this program for a bit I now realize it is more than awesome. This program has helped me with forms and signatures and has pretty much streamlined this part of my job. I really love it!!!!!

The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.

Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

Where can I get an affidavit?
Usually an affidavit is signed in front of a solicitor, notary public, judicial officer or someone else who is commissioned to receive oaths. In most cases, an affidavit is sworn with a signature acting as a record of that swearing.
Where do you get an affidavit form?
If there is no court form of affidavit available for your needs, you can search for affidavit forms either online or at your local county law library. Although these affidavit forms are unofficial, it is appropriate to use such forms when there is no court form specified for use.
How do I write an affidavit?
Title the affidavit. First, you'll need to title your affidavit. Craft a statement of identity. The very next section of your affidavit is what's known as a statement of identity. Write a statement of truth. State the facts. Reiterate your statement of truth. Sign and notarize.
What is an example of an affidavit?

How much is an affidavit?
It will vary, depending on how much work has to be done to prepare and complete the affidavit. It probably will cost you between $100 and $500.
Do you have to pay for an affidavit?
The witness confirms that the person making the oath and signing the document is the person who has been recorded as offering the affidavit. Solicitors usually charge a fee for witnessing and swearing the statement. If the affidavit is made at court, then there is no cost.
How much does it cost to swear an affidavit?
(1) Every Commissioner of Affidavits shall charge a fee of two dollars and fifty cents for each affidavit sworn before him and fifty cents for each exhibit attached thereto.
What happens if you don't sign an affidavit?
Saying something that is not true in an affidavit is technically a violation of the law, and you can be fined or even imprisoned for committing perjury. It is just like lying on the stand in a court proceeding. Perjury is a legal term that essentially means that you have lied under oath.
