Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. It is so much easier to get my scholarships done. I hate writing on my scholarships, so I was having to completely retype the application which was taking time from me filling them out.One suggestion would be to do a student discount, like in my case using it for scholarships. A way to do this could be they have to enter there school and get a school code from someone and then that could verify they are a student so the company is not getting taken advantage of.

I like the concept, but slow
I like the concept. But the processing is awfully slow. I'm going to buy a membership for my team, but I just wish everything processed more quickly.

Still to early to tell. Until now, all I can say is that the text types could adjust more to the real ones and it could have an option to copy-paste fields through the document. Moving boxes is not that easy, either. Bur overrall it's been great.

The NC OTP was a perfect match and was all that we needed to get the buyer and seller on the same page. Although it wasn't used by the attorneys it could have easily been used since it was identical to the one they used.

How long do you have to record a deed?
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business. Even county offices sometimes fail to record deeds that were properly submitted.
Is there a time limit to record a deed?
The option to record a deed is a service offered by a local government, so the public has notice of the current ownership of property. Also, there is no law that prevents a valid deed from being recorded at any time, even years after the official transfer takes place.
What happens if you do not record a deed?
An owner legally transfers his property to another person on an instrument known as a deed. However, failure to record a deed may cause problems for the new owner. For example, the lack of an official deed will make it nearly impossible to sell the property again or refinance a mortgage.
What is required to record a deed?
Deed Requirements: Grantee(s) (Buyer-Party Receiving Title) names legibly printed in the body of the Deed. Names printed under Granters' signatures. Two witnesses, for each signature and the names of witnesses printed under witnesses' signatures. Complete Notary acknowledgment.
Can you record a copy of a deed?
Title deeds do not have to be recorded. Recording is filing them in the county recorder's office and if recorded, the title deed acts as defect notice to all third parties as to ownership in the property.
