A good product
A good product. You'll have to sign up for the service if you want to save your doc, but they have a free thirty day trial, so it's not so bad. Allows you to edit documents in a relatively user-friendly and intuitive way. No real complaints, but it also didn't blow my socks off or anything, so 4/5.

Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. The retrieval and storage of my docs (either completed or still being worked on) is so simple now that even I can do it! The work has become easier thanks to pdfFiller. Thank you.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. This service is awesome. No postage or envelopes necessary. I love how all of my important letters can be sent right out to USPS right from my computer system. Very nice and convenient.

Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF…
Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF in Adobe Acrobat to change my address with the IRS. Did it painlessly in PDF Filler. Thank you!
