Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Editing pdfs without the need to convert them What i like the most about this software is the fact that when i have to edit a pdf wher i lost my source document i dont have to convert it in order to edit it, i can just simply use pdf filler editing functions and that's it. Took some getting used to as it, also in some cases is complicated to get the text in the place i selected to put it
