Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

I adore PDFFiller they are great to help when small issues arise , and when you get frustrated with items not working . The staff is always ready to help and does not treat the customers like a number. I feel it is some of the best money we spend every year.We do not have a business , but we have to deal with many government offices and this is a great way to be able to fax and email and even mail via your local mail carrier and edit things that need to be sent.

kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. How do you convert a merge field to currency?
To format a numeric merge field, use the \\# switches. For example, to display a currency field as “$125.23”, the merge field should be defined as {SEDGEFIELD object. Mayfield \\# $#, ##0.00}. To format a date merge field, use the \\@ switches.
How do I change the number format in a mail merge field?
Perform the first different steps of the Mail Merge as usual (Start Mail Merge, Select Recipients and insert Merge Field)
Select the number field you wish to change and press Shift+F9.
The code of your Merge field is now shown.
How do I keep number format in a mail merge?
In Excel, select the column that contains the ZIP Code/Postal Code field.
On the Format menu, click Cells.
