This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.

What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

that it's not an actual software downloaded to the computer but a website, and certain things you do that take you through different windows

duplicate pages
I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

I accidently was charged after trying…
I accidently was charged after trying this for completing a teacher application and not finding it as user-friendly as I thought for myself. I had a snip of cancelling, so after a few emails I was able to get a full refund. Very responsive!
