I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. This application is users friendly and easy to use. Great product. The only thing missing for my agency's purpose is the attachment part. If the attachment features is add to it, this would be awsome.

I begrudgingly brought the product thinking it was too expensive and the online terms were confusing. However, after using it, I love it! I actually use it frequently now and don't know how I got along without it. Great product!

Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

I like the most is you can process all the documents in computer no need to print any paper, save time, save money and save our environment.
What do you dislike?
I do not like it is the soft ware does not allow to edit Chinese fonts, I wish that Chinese can be edited too. That will be greatest function.

Good Product
I need a pdf editor and I use this product because it is a cheaper alternative
I like and need a product that allows me to edit and mark a pdf file.
The Editing feature on this product was hard for me to master

Absolutely worth it!
Wonderful program. Slight learning curve, but then it's off to the races. Worth it if you are editing PDF's on the daily. Great save, download and share options all at once. Thank you for a great program!!

It is a convenient application
It is a convenient application which allows professional appearance to forms. I am a little concerned about shared documents which need editing if the recipient is not a subscriber.
