I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?

Just now starting to use it for filling out ODAFF's and so far it is great. I would however like to be able to make templates in the personal cost bracket.

What do you like best?
Apart from basic editing features like edit, redact, email, share, fax, print , they have awesome features like Send to Sign, Link to Fill which makes working with your documents very easy.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I get error while printing the document. But it seems a temporary glitch.

I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. I thought I had cancelled on March 2, but must have not submitted something. I was charged today. If I could be refunded I would really appreciate it.
