Consolidate Recommended Field Document: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common file format used for business documents because you can access them from any device. It will look the same no matter you open it on a Mac or an Android device.

The next reason is data safety: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're risk-free for sharing data. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve opened their documents in order to track any and all potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, edit, sign, and share PDF files directly from your internet browser tab. Convert an MS Word file or a Google Sheet and start editing it and create fillable fields to make a document singable. Once you finish editing a document, mail it to recipients to complete and get a notification when they're done.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud. Ask other people to fill out the fields. Add and edit visual content. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
To edit the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and highlight, redact, or erase text.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

It successfully sent a fax for me. I was able to upload forms that I needed from years past. So far, it has been exceptional. Will re-rate after a little more experience with it.
